After 383 articles, I've learned that the best British IPTV resellers aren't the ones with the most technical knowledge. They're the ones who listen. They listen to customer complaints (each complaint is a test you didn't run). They listen to panel support (their words reveal their competence). They listen to their own frustration (frustration signals a mismatch between expectations and reality).


Listening is a skill. It's harder than testing. Testing is methodical. Listening requires humility. The willingness to admit you might be wrong. The willingness to hear that your panel is failing. The willingness to accept that a customer's weird problem is actually valid.
